Comfort Zones.

Leaving a comfort zone is something people tackle differently. Some enjoy leaving this and trying new and unknown things, others are hesitant in doing so but proceed on doing things that may make them feel slightly uncomfortable. Then there is those who prefer to stay in a safe bubble, not being able to try new things without an inside feeling of what can only be described as your insides being twisted and a clamped tight throat.

First to start off- What is a comfort zone?

'A situation where one feels safe'

This in most cases is a mind set or object. The mind set could be a memory or a place you can think of to help make you feel somewhat safe in the unknown. Objects used are electronics, mainly phones, headphones (so music technically) or a teddy.

To be honest I never leave the comfort zone, which annoys most people I know. I don't enjoy the feeling given which most people call and adrenalin rush and hopefully some of you can relate to this and say that staying inside with your laptop or phone is the most comfortable thing to do and you would prefer to not to go outside unless absolutely necessary.

That's why I've decided to start this blog. It's the first step, in my opinion, to helping myself get out of the walls of comfort I built up and begin to get myself out there. For years I have read various blogs on makeup, fashion, books and other random topics and have always wanted to begin my own. I've only just now decided it's time to begin my own blog.

Talk to you next time
